Sunshine Enterprise Consulting DMCC is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk duties and provide vital administrative support, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Provide basic information to clients and visitors.

Perform data entry and assist with general administrative tasks.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Support other departments with clerical duties when required.
Requirements & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; office administration certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional attitude and appearance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer-service oriented with keen attention to detail.

Fluency in Sinhala and Burmese is preferred.
