Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Analyst to join our Dubai-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales forecasting, performance analysis, and operational optimization to drive strategic decisions and improve productivity across our licensed brands in the Middle East.


Key Responsibilities:

Assortment Management & Forecasting:

  • Analyze product performance and maintain optimal assortment based on sales trends and brand direction

  • Create and monitor finished goods forecasts for wholesale channels

  • Consolidate and propose quarterly launch orders

  • Ensure availability of core collections and define allocation priorities

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

  • Collect and analyze sales and market data (sell-in/sell-out)

  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Provide actionable insights through regular and ad-hoc reports

  • Support decision-making through comprehensive business analysis

Budgeting & Sales Planning:

  • Assist in defining sales budgets by brand, customer, and month

  • Maintain and update budgets in the system

  • Track performance vs. targets and provide forecasts

Operational Improvement:

  • Standardize business processes and implement best practices

  • Identify and optimize aspects of goods flow and operational bottlenecks

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic objectives

  • Automate tools and reports for efficiency


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business or sales analysis

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SAP, or similar tools

    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities

    • Familiarity with business process modeling and project management
