We serve diverse sectors including infrastructure, telecom, real estate, manufacturing, IT/ITeS, logistics, and education.

Role Overview:
As Principal of Business Development for Mergers & Acquisitions in the UAE region, you will spearhead the growth and expansion of our advisory services across the Middle East. This leadership role involves managing financial due diligence projects, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets. You will work closely with institutional investors—such as PE funds, sovereign funds, HNIs, and family offices—to establish long-lasting partnerships, ensuring the firm’s prominence as a key advisory player in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and targeted marketing.

  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and market trends.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth strategies and expand the client base and service portfolio.

  • Monitor business pipelines, activities, and revenue forecasts to meet growth targets.

  1. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Mentor and lead a team of 10-15 financial due diligence professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

  • Delegate responsibilities efficiently and optimize team resource utilization.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional growth.

  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

  1. Client Engagement & Management:

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients regarding financial due diligence.

  • Understand clients’ strategic goals and due diligence needs to deliver insightful recommendations.

  • Present clear, concise findings and reports through verbal and written communication.

  • Anticipate client concerns and provide proactive, value-added solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams of 10-15 professionals.

  • Strong decision-making abilities and high-level interpersonal skills.

  • Extensive experience in M&A business development within the UAE market.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and managing P&L for team operations.

  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, quality reports.

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in business development and financial advisory.
