Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Team Leader – Front Office to join our prestigious Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic front office team and ensuring the highest standard of guest service at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Inspire, mentor, and guide team members to meet service and performance goals.

Develop and monitor action plans to meet departmental objectives.

Ensure guests and residents are welcomed and served professionally, courteously, and discreetly.

Maintain a positive, respectful, and culturally aware team environment.

Lead by example in demonstrating integrity, empathy, and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience

Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury or international hospitality.

Prior experience in multicultural environments with sensitivity to cultural diversity.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate a team effectively.
