Job Description

As the Social Media Manager, you will oversee VEGA Properties’ social media platforms, driving content creation, scheduling, and engagement. You will develop strategic content calendars, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure consistent, high-quality branding across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.

• Generate creative and platform-specific content ideas.

• Coordinate photo and video shoots with internal teams and external partners.

• Supervise content production and editing to maintain brand consistency.

• Schedule and manage daily posts across all social media channels.

• Monitor and respond to community interactions promptly and professionally.

• Track and analyze social media performance; report insights and recommendations monthly.

• Stay updated on social media trends, especially in real estate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong skills in content creation, visual storytelling, and social media trends.

• Experience managing production teams including photographers, videographers, and editors.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
