Position: Digital Marketing & Communications Manager

About the Role:
A highly respected UAE-based organization is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to lead its digital presence and external communications. This strategic position is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep experience in digital engagement, media campaigns, and brand communications within a government entity, multinational corporation, or large organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing and external communication strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement.

Oversee the organization’s digital footprint across websites, social media, and digital media platforms.

Create and manage content for press releases, official announcements, paid campaigns, and digital storytelling.

Launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on KPIs and ROI.

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; report insights and improvements to executive leadership.

Safeguard brand tone and message consistency across all public communications.

Collaborate with internal departments and third-party agencies to align on goals and timelines.

Support crisis communication and manage external messaging during critical events.
Candidate Requirements:

6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or public affairs.

Proven success working with government bodies, multinational companies (MNCs), or enterprise-level organizations.

Strong command of campaign management, brand communication, and digital strategy.

Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, SEO/SEM software, and performance dashboards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Digital Media.
