Position Title: Supply Chain Manager

Company Overview:
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading multinational manufacturing company to recruit a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager for their Dubai office. This pivotal role will oversee end-to-end supply chain functions, playing a key part in driving operational efficiency, global coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of supply chain operations — from strategic sourcing and procurement to inventory control, warehousing, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in manufacturing logistics and demonstrate an ability to align supply and demand planning, optimize resources, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage sourcing, procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and logistics for all manufacturing operations.

Align demand forecasting with production scheduling to ensure timely fulfillment and operational efficiency.

Develop and execute cost-effective procurement strategies and lead supplier negotiations.

Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, warehousing standards, and order fulfillment.

Partner with internal production, quality, and customer service teams to enhance service delivery.

Ensure compliance with global procurement standards and health and safety policies (OHSAS).

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma practices where applicable.

Monitor KPIs and implement corrective measures to ensure process and performance excellence.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar supply chain management role within the manufacturing industry.

Proven expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).
