Position: Office Administrator

Salary: Up to AED 7,000 all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)
About the Client:
A well-established real estate valuation and advisory firm in Dubai, serving clients across the US and MENA region, is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.

Handle internal and external communications including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.

Maintain organized records of contracts, bookings, renewals, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements:

Female candidate, aged up to 35 years.

Open to Asian nationals.

Minimum of 2 years’ UAE experience in an administrative role (preferably within the real estate industry).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
