Job Description:
GHA is seeking a Brand Systems Support Representative to provide first-line support to partner brands for day-to-day operations and issues related to the GHA DISCOVERY program. This hybrid role will ensure smooth system integration between brand platforms and GHA systems, support onboarding of new properties, conduct revenue protection checks, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for brand issues and queries related to GHA and DISCOVERY systems.

Monitor and manage daily interfaces between brand systems and GHA to ensure smooth data flow.

Support user access issues and system-related concerns.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases.

Conduct proactive revenue protection activities, ensuring timely and accurate stay data integration.

Deliver training sessions to brands on GHA functionalities and systems.

Create and update user documentation and training materials.

Participate in quality assurance testing for new software releases.

Join departmental and brand meetings to represent the Brand Systems Support team.

Participate in shift rotation covering 8am–8pm GST (Mon–Fri) and 11am–8pm GST (Sat–Sun), with on-call duties from 8pm–8am GST.
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reservations, or hotel operations support (property or head office level).

Strong knowledge of Oracle Hospitality Opera PMS and/or Opera Cloud PMS is required.

Experience with Oracle OXI/OXIHUB, ORS, OCIS, OWS, OCC, OHIP, or similar systems is a plus.

Experience with other PMS platforms (e.g., Protel, Indra, Infor) or Sabre SynXis is advantageous.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
