We specialize in influencer marketing, digital PR, social media management, press releases, and media sales. We are expanding our presence in Dubai and seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager with at least 1 year of experience to help identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote Fluencer PR LLC-FZ’s services, focusing specifically on press releases and media sales. The role offers flexibility with on-site, hybrid, or remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and relevant industry trends in Dubai.

• Support lead generation through online research, networking, and outreach.

• Maintain detailed records of lead activities.

Client Relationship Support:

• Help build and maintain client relationships via communication and meetings.

• Understand client needs to support tailored service offerings.

• Participate in presentations and proposals, articulating Fluencer PR’s value.

Press Release and Media Sales Focus:

• Learn and support press release development and distribution.

• Assist in media outreach and building media contacts.

• Identify media sales opportunities and understand media buying basics.

Sales and Negotiation Support:

• Support sales cycle management and participate in deal negotiations.

• Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Provide updates on business development progress.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

• Attend industry events and networking sessions to build connections.

• Represent Fluencer PR professionally.

Skills Needed:

Press Release Skills:

• Basic writing and news value understanding.

• Attention to detail and media awareness.

Media Sales Skills:

• Foundational sales enthusiasm and communication skills.

• Active listening, developing presentation, and negotiation skills.

General Skills:

• Around 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (PR/media experience is a plus).

• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and quick learner.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Commission:

• Salary ranges between AED 5,000 to 12,000 per month depending on experience.

• Commission based on new client acquisition, revenue generated, and target achievement.

• Detailed commission plan to be discussed during the interview.
