Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead regional projects across multiple markets. The successful candidate will drive the visual presentation of the brand across stores, ensuring brand consistency and impactful displays that elevate the customer experience. You’ll manage high-impact visual merchandising initiatives from ideation to execution across the Middle East, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all visual merchandising projects across international markets from start to finish.

• Lead communication with regional teams and retailers for project planning and execution.

• Coordinate permanent and temporary store installations, pop-ups, window displays, animations, new launches, POS, and maintenance.

• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.

• Serve as the liaison between global teams, resolving conflicts and addressing roadblocks proactively.

• Maintain project plans, task tracking, and documentation for each initiative.

• Support technical aspects of store design and merchandising builds.

• Promote operational excellence by identifying process improvements and enforcing best practices.
