Join a leading global e-commerce company as a Marketplace Consultant focusing on the Beauty and Personal Care category. In this role, you will support third-party sellers by providing business insights, managing portfolios, and driving seller growth on the platform. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a consultant to seller partners by providing data-driven insights and advice to optimize their business success.

Manage portfolio growth plans and identify key opportunities by analyzing popular brands, trends, and pricing.

Conduct detailed analysis on challenges affecting sellers’ performance and relay feedback for product and process improvements.

Educate sellers on marketplace standards around delivery and customer experience.

Track, analyze, and report business development results, publishing recommendations and action plans.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align initiatives that support sellers’ growth.
Basic Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Strong negotiation and selling skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field.

Demonstrated analytical ability through professional experience or education.
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to meet stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Management, Business, or related field.

Experience in account management, product marketing, or management consulting.
-
E-commerce or retail experience in the GCC region is preferred.

Knowledge of advanced Excel, SQL, Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce or other sales/productivity tools.
Salary: AED 12,000 per month
