Hilton is currently hiring a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton in Business Bay, Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
As the first point of contact for many guests, the Guest Service Agent plays a crucial role in setting the tone for a memorable stay. You’ll be responsible for managing front office operations efficiently, maintaining service excellence, and supporting various hotel departments as needed.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional reception services including check-in, check-out, and guest queries.

Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience at all times.

Complete daily audits and administrative procedures accurately.

Communicate guest feedback to the Guest Service Manager and other departments.

Apply up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.

Maintain awareness of room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.

Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and foreign currency in line with hotel policy.

Follow all company policies regarding safety, security, and property management systems.

Collaborate with the night team and assist in their training and development as needed.

Provide support to other hotel departments when required.
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

High level of professionalism, grooming, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in IT systems; experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in cash handling and front office or concierge roles.

Background in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment sectors.

Experience in conflict resolution and guest issue management.
