Marriott International is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented F&B Service Expert to join their Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is designed for individuals who excel in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. As an F&B Service Expert, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that extend beyond traditional food and beverage service, ensuring that every guest interaction is unique and engaging.
Job Responsibilities:

Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service by proactively engaging with guests to exceed their expectations, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable.

Service Excellence: Set up dining areas, liaise with kitchen staff, and actively contribute to the coordination of service to create a seamless experience.

Operational Duties: Manage multiple service-related tasks including table setting, cleaning designated service areas, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed.

Physical Demands: Handle the physical aspects of the role, including standing, sitting, walking on varying surfaces, and performing tasks that require reaching, bending, and moving objects under 50 pounds.

Menu Knowledge: Frequently review and verify menu details to ensure accurate information is communicated to guests.

Safety and Professionalism: Maintain a secure work environment by following all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards. Uphold Marriott’s commitment to professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Minimum education requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
