Compensation:

On-Target Earnings: AED 200,000 – AED 500,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote off-plan and ready properties in the Dubai market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.

Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process.

Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records.
-
Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.

Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Knowledge of an additional language such as Russian, Farsi, or Chinese is a plus.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

A valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Female candidates preferred due to specific team requirements.
