Lead People Strategy in a Fast-Paced Retail Environment
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing retail team in Dubai. You will play a key role in leading human resources operations, fostering a positive work culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with strong leadership, recruitment, and employee relations expertise within the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail staff.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle performance reviews, appraisals, and conflict resolution.

Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with UAE labor laws.

Coordinate learning and development programs to support staff growth and capability building.

Maintain accurate HR records, metrics, and reports for leadership.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail environment.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Must be currently based in the UAE.

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
