We Are Social’s partner Socialize is hiring a Content Creator to craft engaging, trend-driven social media content, primarily for TikTok and Instagram. This role offers the chance to work with diverse industries like lifestyle, fashion, food, and retail, creating viral and impactful content that aligns with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit scroll-stopping social media content

• Present content ideas confidently to clients and internal teams

• Stay updated on social media trends, adapting viral content to fit brand messaging

• Collaborate with Strategy and Account teams to align content with campaign goals

• Use data and insights to optimize content performance

• Manage the entire content production process to ensure quality and engagement

• Appear on camera when necessary to bring ideas to life

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating successful TikTok content (personal or professional)

• Strong grasp of TikTok metrics, social trends, and audience engagement

• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other mobile-first editing tools

• Independent shooting and editing skills with a strong storytelling sense

• Bold, creative thinker willing to experiment with new ideas

• Charismatic and confident presenter with excellent communication skills

• Bonus: Arabic language skills for bilingual content

Work Environment:

• Office-based 4 days/week with work-from-home on Fridays
