Guest Service Agent – IBIS, Dubai

IBIS, part of the Accor Group, is hiring a Guest Service Agent in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who excel at delivering memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out processes

  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries professionally and promptly

  • Ensure all guest accounts are settled accurately and efficiently

  • Promote hotel services and amenities through up-selling

  • Take initiative to provide personalized guest experiences

  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions

  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with care and escalate when necessary

  • Operate front office systems, preferably Opera

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Service-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience with Opera or similar hotel management systems preferred

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work well within a diverse and dynamic team

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
