IBIS, part of the Accor Group, is hiring a Guest Service Agent in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who excel at delivering memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out processes

Respond to guest requests and inquiries professionally and promptly

Ensure all guest accounts are settled accurately and efficiently

Promote hotel services and amenities through up-selling

Take initiative to provide personalized guest experiences

Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions
-
Handle guest concerns or complaints with care and escalate when necessary

Operate front office systems, preferably Opera
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Service-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills

Prior experience with Opera or similar hotel management systems preferred

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well within a diverse and dynamic team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
