We are looking for a skilled Audio Visual (AV) Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings, conferences, and events in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and test AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, video monitors, soundboards, and recording devices.

Ensure all AV systems are fully functional before and during events.

Work closely with event organizers and clients to assess AV needs and provide tailored solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly to avoid disruptions.

Conduct routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure reliability.

Train end-users on the use of AV and conference room technologies.

Maintain accurate documentation of setups, issues, and solutions for future reference.

Manage AV inventory and ensure proper storage and care of equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in AV technology, electronics, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV setup, technical support, and maintenance.
