Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Female Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, oversee branch operations, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE company formation, visa services, EJARI, and PRO documentation, along with strong leadership and consultative sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales

Identify, target, and acquire new clients for services such as company formation, visa processing, PRO services, and EJARI.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align growth strategies with business goals.

Develop and present value-driven proposals and pitches to attract new business.

Drive monthly sales targets and contribute to long-term revenue generation.
Consultation & Relationship Management
-
Conduct meetings with prospects to assess their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, especially with female-led businesses or clients preferring female consultants.
Branch Operations Management
-
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Al Qusais branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

Monitor compliance with UAE business setup regulations and company protocols.
Team Leadership

Lead a team of consultants and support staff, monitor KPIs, assign responsibilities, and ensure performance standards are met.
Service Coordination

Liaise with internal departments to streamline onboarding, document processing, and delivery timelines.
Reporting & Forecasting

Submit regular performance reports, sales insights, and client feedback to senior management.
Market Research

Stay informed on changing market trends and identify new growth opportunities in the UAE business setup landscape.
Events & Brand Representation

Represent the company at exhibitions, business events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE-based business setup, PRO, or consultancy services.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.

Experience managing a team and achieving sales targets in a client-facing role.
Skills & Attributes
-
Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills.

Excellent communication in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

Ability to work in a target-driven and multicultural environment.

Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting software.
Industry Knowledge

Strong grasp of UAE corporate services including company formation, visas, trade license renewal, and regulatory compliance.
Other Requirements

Female candidates only (client interaction-specific).

Must be based in Dubai or able to commute to Al Qusais branch daily.
