🔹 Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide professional and personal support to a female executive. This is a live-in role, requiring a high level of trust, organizational skill, and discretion. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day office tasks as well as provide personal support in health and home management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage a dynamic calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Handle communication by screening calls and responding to emails professionally

Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide administrative insights to support decision-making

Draft and format documents, emails, and presentations

Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)

Support budget tracking, expenses, and reporting

Plan and manage internal meetings and small-scale events
-
Provide personal assistance related to health, home management, and travel

Accompany and reside with the executive as required, ensuring availability and confidentiality

Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
