Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.

Build, manage, and retain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and key stakeholders.

Guide potential clients through the off-plan property sales process from inquiry to closing.

Lead the sales team with motivation, coaching, and performance feedback.

Identify new business opportunities, analyze trends, and propose innovative solutions to boost revenue.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current and upcoming residential projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

Aged 40 years or younger.

Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience in aviation, luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or real estate.

Prior experience in off-plan or developer property sales is a strong advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
