A prominent real estate developer in Dubai is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive off-plan property sales and nurture long-term client relationships. If you have a background in luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, or real estate, this is your opportunity to transition into a rewarding sales career in Dubai’s booming property market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.

  • Build, manage, and retain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and key stakeholders.

  • Guide potential clients through the off-plan property sales process from inquiry to closing.

  • Lead the sales team with motivation, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze trends, and propose innovative solutions to boost revenue.

  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote project launches and sales campaigns.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current and upcoming residential projects.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Aged 40 years or younger.

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience in aviation, luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or real estate.

  • Prior experience in off-plan or developer property sales is a strong advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.

  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
