BitGo, a global leader in digital asset financial services, is hiring an Operations Associate for its Dubai office. This full-time onsite role supports high-volume, secure, and confidential trust operations within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem. You’ll work as part of a shift-based team, handling KYC, transaction processing, and client operations to support institutional clients and trust services.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Operational Execution & Support

• Manage daily operations and administration of trust accounts under BitGo Trust Company.

• Oversee transaction processing from data input to reconciliation and finalization.

• Conduct system testing and assist with process enhancements.

✅ KYC & Client Due Diligence

• Verify institutional client identities and documents as part of the KYC process.

• Evaluate customer risk profiles and maintain regulatory compliance.

✅ Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide support for banking transactions and client account operations.

• Troubleshoot account issues and deliver accurate, timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to take on additional operational tasks as needed.

• Ensure precise recordkeeping and contribute to process improvements across systems and workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
