📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Recruitment & Onboarding (MEA Region):

Partner with hiring managers and HR to align hiring needs across all business units.

Manage job postings on SmartRecruiters and liaise with recruitment agencies.

Screen candidates (CV review and phone screenings).
-
Schedule interviews and support reference/background checks.
-
Draft and coordinate offer letters and employment contracts.
-
Assist with visa processing for non-nationals and pension registration for locals.
-
Manage and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
-
Maintain recruitment tracking reports and ensure timely stakeholder follow-ups.
🚪 Offboarding:

Process employee separations and finalize terminations in HR Connect.
-
Ensure completion of exit checklists.
-
Coordinate final settlements with the Payroll team.
💰 Payroll Support:

Assist HR Managers with payroll processing and reconciliation across MEA countries.
📊 Reporting & HR Data Management:
-
Coordinate medical insurance renewals, additions, and deletions.
-
Manage workmen’s compensation renewals.
-
Ensure integrity and accuracy across all HR systems.
-
Prepare HR dashboards and metrics.
-
Support internal/external audits and compliance reports.
✅ Candidate Requirements:

5–6 years of HR experience with strong exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.

Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Detail-focused with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Experience working in multinational, regional HR teams is a plus.
