Role Overview
As a Business Development Maverick, you’ll be a motivated, organized, and creative professional who thrives on acquiring and growing new business through proactive sales efforts. Your mission is to build strong customer relationships, spot new business opportunities, and close deals while staying sharp on market trends.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with innovative solutions

Develop and execute market strategies by researching high-potential prospects
Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles (marketing, creative, or tech experience is a bonus)

A blend of Gary Vee’s energy, a closer’s mindset, and marketer’s intuition

Passion for building genuine relationships and driving revenue, not just growing LinkedIn connections

Ability to work fast, smart, and independently without micromanagement
Nice to Have (Not Essential)

Experience working with Dubai-based businesses or agencies

Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Notion, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead-gen/scraping tools

Understanding of creative, digital, or automation service offerings
