Emerson is seeking a Supply Chain Planner responsible for managing order execution for MEAPAC orders. This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating material availability to meet customer demands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule orders timely to support sales and order execution

• Drive on-time delivery to customers

• Review backlog and plan order release as per customer requested dates

• Assist Parts & QS Manager with POR review and planning

• Prioritize orders to maximize performance and minimize delays

• Determine required parts to fulfill customer orders/demand

• Schedule orders for picking, packing, and shipping

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time shipping

• Monitor order execution teams to achieve sales targets and service level goals

• Provide updates on MEAPAC order status to Customers and LBP

• Interface with Customer Service at factories and suppliers to expedite orders as needed

• Develop and improve performance metrics for MEAPAC

• Implement Perfect Execution principles in Lifecycle Services business processes

• Ensure compliance with Emerson Trade Compliance procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Preferred: Experience in supply chain or equivalent field

• Strong communication skills and confidence
