AirNxt, a rapidly growing aviation-tech startup building AI-powered MRO software, is seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Partner to the CEO. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is perfect for a seasoned professional who excels in fast-paced environments, leverages AI tools, and thrives in high-responsibility executive support.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Workflow Management: Manage CEO’s schedule, deep-work blocks, meeting prep, and agenda drafts using AI tools

Team Coordination: Drive syncs across UAE & Egypt teams; track tasks, follow-ups, and daily updates via Jira and Slack

Executive Support: Facilitate CEO office hours, manage comms channels, and filter high-priority messages

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with board members, investors, and regulators (e.g., GCAA); ensure timely follow-ups

Travel & Event Planning: Organize travel logistics, offsite events, and investor engagements

Communication & Drafting: Draft emails/Slack messages using AI templates; handle sensitive information

Financial & Personal Admin: Manage confidential docs, expense reports, and personal tasks
Minimum Requirements:
-
5+ years experience as Executive Assistant or Ops Partner in a tech/startup environment

Advanced user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automated schedulers)

Strong written and verbal communication

Tech proficiency in Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Slack

High discretion with confidential/financial data
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Arabic)

Experience in aviation or SaaS

Understanding of UAE labor norms
Work Environment:
