Atlantis The Royal is seeking a passionate and organized Assistant Manager, Wellness to oversee the operations of AWAKEN Spa. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai requires strong leadership, inventory management skills, and a dedication to delivering 5-star Forbes-level service. Candidates with luxury wellness experience and team management abilities are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations ensuring compliance with health & safety policies

• Maintain Forbes service standards and ensure excellent guest experiences

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns

• Manage inventory, order spa products, and coordinate with suppliers

• Accurately manage financial reporting including service provider utilization, tips, and commissions

• Support spa team by scheduling, training, and stepping into operational roles when needed

• Submit regular reports to management regarding spa performance and service quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role in a luxury spa or wellness center

• Strong familiarity with Forbes 5-star service standards

• Experience with CRM systems and guest preference management

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage SOPs and train staff on best practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Flexible, proactive, and guest-focused approach

• Preferred language skills: Russian, French, Italian, Chinese, or German
