Eagle Wings Business Consultant is urgently hiring a Business Setup Consultant to assist clients in establishing their businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance throughout the setup process, from legal structuring to documentation and licensing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

• Meet with potential clients to assess their business goals and requirements.

• Advise on optimal legal structures, jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone), and suitable setup packages.

Business Formation:

• Assist with documentation, trade name registration, license applications, and visa processing.

• Liaise with government bodies such as the Department of Economic Development (DED) and free zone authorities.

Market Knowledge:

• Stay current with UAE business regulations, market trends, and legal requirements.

• Provide updated advice to clients to ensure regulatory compliance.

Proposal Development:

• Draft comprehensive business setup proposals with cost, timeline, and procedural breakdowns.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Offer post-setup support and consultation to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Government Liaison:

• Coordinate with PROs and relevant authorities to streamline company formation and resolve issues efficiently.

Sales Support:

• Contribute to lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closure.

• Represent the company at networking events and seminars to attract new business.

Requirements:

• Strong sales or consultancy experience in UAE business setup services preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with DED, free zone procedures, and visa processing.

• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.

• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

Salary:

From AED 2,500 per month (plus incentives/commission structure may apply)
