Job Overview

IOP Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join its Dubai-based team. This role offers a monthly retainer plus a highly competitive commission structure, ensuring income stability while rewarding performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential clients (buyers, sellers, and tenants)

• Promote property listings via multiple marketing channels

• Conduct property showings, site visits, and client meetings

• Negotiate and close real estate deals

• Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and compliance

• Stay updated on market trends and competitive pricing

• Maintain a strong professional network with clients, developers, and investors

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or a similar sales role

• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and client-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic digital proficiency (CRM, email, Excel, etc.) is an advantage
