Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients presenting luxury properties.

• Identify and qualify potential buyers; schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and updates.

• Follow up on digital campaign inquiries, social media leads, and referrals.

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing for lead conversion strategies.

• Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends.

Requirements

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate is preferred.

• Fluent in English plus at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, French, or Chinese preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho or Salesforce preferred.

• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus.
