Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients presenting luxury properties.

Identify and qualify potential buyers; schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and updates.

Follow up on digital campaign inquiries, social media leads, and referrals.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with sales and marketing for lead conversion strategies.

Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends.
Requirements
-
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate is preferred.

Fluent in English plus at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, French, or Chinese preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho or Salesforce preferred.

Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus.
