Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and oversee our Pre-Owned Footwear Showroom operations in Dubai. As the Store Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the showroom, lead staff training, ensure a seamless customer experience, and drive sales performance. You will also play a crucial role in expanding operations to new locations while ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the store team.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and ensure sales targets are met.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns, ensuring timely resolution.

Manage the store’s profit and loss (P&L) and maintain retail accounting.

Ensure showroom compliance with international standards and relevant regulations.

Play a key role in evaluating and setting up new showroom locations.

Sales and Profit Targets Achieved – Monitor and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit targets.

Customer Satisfaction Ratings – Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through feedback and ratings.

Inventory Turnover and Loss Minimization – Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock turnover and minimize losses.

Staff Performance and Development – Continuously improve staff performance through training and development programs.

Flagship Showroom Operations Efficiency – Measure and enhance the operational efficiency of the showroom.

Skills Required:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail management, ideally in second-hand or pre-owned footwear.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
