We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist to oversee sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation for our operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying reliable suppliers, conducting market analysis, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess reliable suppliers to meet procurement needs.

Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.

Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strategic supplier relationships.

Monitor market trends and conduct in-depth research to inform sourcing strategies.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery.

Use ERP tools like SAP or equivalent systems to manage procurement workflows and data.
Required Skills:
