Job Title: Call Center Support Executive

Job Description:
We are hiring a Call Center Support Executive to deliver high-quality customer service through efficient telephonic communication and in-depth product knowledge. The ideal candidate will resolve customer queries, drive product interest, and ensure a seamless client experience while maintaining accurate call records and supporting customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound/outbound calls and deliver accurate, concise information without delays.

  • Understand customer requirements clearly and offer suitable solutions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to turn inquiries into conversions.

  • Build long-term client relationships through meaningful and courteous telephonic interactions.

  • Maintain detailed and well-organized call records in the company’s CRM or database.

  • Minimize hold/wait time while ensuring customer comfort and delivering exceptional support.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a call center representative or customer service associate.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to multitask while capturing essential customer information during calls.

  • Proficiency in using call center software and communication tools.

  • Confident in promoting company products with clarity and relevance.

  • Open to feedback and driven to continuously improve performance and productivity.
