Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Admin to manage the daily operations of the office, support the leadership team, and ensure that administrative activities run smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing field at EDGE.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and organizing workspaces.

  • Coordinate office logistics, such as office space management and equipment maintenance.

  • Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up.

Executive Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings.

  • Facilitate communication across departments and serve as the point of contact for staff and external stakeholders.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.

  • Organize team events and office activities to promote employee engagement.

  • Help coordinate performance reviews and training programs.

Financial Budget Management:

  • Oversee office budgets and track expenses.

  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and managing petty cash.

  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.

Project Support:

  • Support engineering and operational teams with project documentation, schedules, and materials.

  • Assist in the preparation of project reports for senior management.

  • Ensure that administrative tasks related to ongoing projects are efficiently handled.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

  • Familiarity with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.

  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
