Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Admin to manage the daily operations of the office, support the leadership team, and ensure that administrative activities run smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing field at EDGE.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:

Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and organizing workspaces.

Coordinate office logistics, such as office space management and equipment maintenance.

Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up.
Executive Support:

Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management and travel arrangements.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings.

Facilitate communication across departments and serve as the point of contact for staff and external stakeholders.
Human Resources Support:

Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.

Organize team events and office activities to promote employee engagement.

Help coordinate performance reviews and training programs.
Financial Budget Management:

Oversee office budgets and track expenses.

Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and managing petty cash.

Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.
Project Support:

Support engineering and operational teams with project documentation, schedules, and materials.

Assist in the preparation of project reports for senior management.

Ensure that administrative tasks related to ongoing projects are efficiently handled.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Familiarity with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.

Proactive problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
