Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description:

Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales team and manage sales functions for a specific automotive portfolio in Dubai. The role is responsible for executing sales strategies and ensuring that the sales team aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and values. The Sales Manager will oversee the achievement of sales goals for their portfolio, ensuring all sales processes meet Al-Futtaim’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets for the specific automotive portfolio.

  • Oversee and manage the sales location and all personnel assigned to the site, ensuring adherence to Al-Futtaim’s standards for vehicle displays and facility management.

  • Supervise daily performance and sales achievements, particularly during peak seasons, to ensure targets are met.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing corrective action when necessary to align with business goals.

  • Ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction by managing customer complaints and promoting standard sales procedures.

  • Coach and develop sales team members, encouraging professional growth and delivering excellent customer care.

  • Supervise activities to ensure all procedures are carried out in compliance with company policies.

  • Ensure accurate customer data capture and maintain business process standards.

  • Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to update product knowledge and improve sales performance.

  • Manage all documentation and adhere to legal government regulations concerning the sales function.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in automotive retail sales.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to coach and develop a sales team.

  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and develop business strategies.

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to motivate the team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.

  • Valid UAE driver’s license.

About the Team:
You will report to the Dealer Principal and collaborate with the sales team and other internal and external stakeholders to drive sales success.

What Equips You for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 4 years of experience in client-oriented automotive sales retail (premium environment).

  • 4 years of leadership and people management experience.

  • Additional experience in automotive sales with strong branded experience.
