Job Title: Store Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, focusing on achieving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring a superior customer experience. This role requires strong leadership in developing and managing staff, driving sales performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

People Development/HR:

Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of high-quality associates and management.

Train and provide ongoing coaching to the team on product knowledge, sales skills, and visual merchandising.

Organize weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to communicate store goals, new procedures, and performance targets.

Customer Experience/Sales:
-
Ensure high-quality customer service through regular assessments and coaching.

Lead by example on the selling floor, assisting customers and supporting all selling functions.

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, promotions, cleanliness, and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Drive Sales & Profitability:
-
Meet or exceed sales, payroll, shrinkage, and conversion goals.

Develop strategies to boost sales and control operational expenses.

Operational Effectiveness:
-
Control company assets by adhering to loss prevention measures and managing inventory, returns, exchanges, and store maintenance.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and store procedures.

Skills Required:
-
Extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, particularly in retail and brand management, with a focus on fashion.

In-depth knowledge of market trends, brand positioning, and economic factors affecting the retail industry.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in business English.

Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, SAP) and report analysis capabilities.

Numeracy and literacy skills.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

High school education or equivalent.
-
Minimum of two years of experience as a Store Manager with a proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and team development.
