Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional service to clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed product information, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and manage formal calls, delivering accurate and timely information to customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer clear, relevant solutions.

  • Explain product features and specifications persuasively to convert prospects into loyal customers.

  • Build long-term client relationships through professional and courteous telephonic interactions.

  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the call center database.

  • Deliver excellent service while minimizing customer hold/wait times and maintaining a friendly tone.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar customer-facing role.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to multitask, take notes, and handle customer queries efficiently.

  • Proficiency with modern communication tools and CRM software.

  • Effective at presenting and highlighting product benefits during calls.

  • Receptive to feedback and driven to improve team outcomes and client satisfaction.
