JD.COM is hiring an HR Operations Specialist for their HR Shared Services Center (SSC) in Dubai. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and contribute to seamless HR operations, employee experience, and compliance with UAE laws.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:
-
Manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Visa & Immigration Management:
-
Handle work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriate employees.
-
Ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws and company policies.

Employee Support:
-
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
-
Address issues related to payroll, reimbursements, and IT onboarding.
-
Provide timely support to employees and resolve concerns.

Service Provider Coordination:
-
Liaise with external vendors for HR services.
-
Track vendor performance and manage service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications & Skills:
-
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support or operations role in the UAE.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:
-
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Languages: Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a plus.
