We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the development and growth of business within Chinese-owned companies or corporations with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing key client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and create new business opportunities within Chinese-owned companies in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-lasting partnerships.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand the company’s presence within Mandarin-speaking sectors.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Create tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitor actions, and evolving client needs to refine sales approaches.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to deliver seamless service.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales processes comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Nationality: Chinese (Mandatory).

Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (Required).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales, ideally in the recruitment or solutions sales industry.

Industry Expertise: Experience in staffing services or workforce outsourcing. Prior experience working with Chinese corporations or multinational companies is a plus.
