Cloud4C Services is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various IT-related projects. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in project management processes, multi-cloud adoption, and experience in the banking or customs domain. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of IT project management including budget, timelines, and team coordination

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

• Collaborate with internal resources and vendors for seamless project execution

• Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder involvement

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report/escalate issues as needed

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and create detailed project plans to track progress

• Lead parallel projects while managing budgets and optimizing costs

• Use Microsoft Project and other tools for project planning and data representation

Job Requirements:

• Education/Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management

  • Experience with multi-cloud adoption, public cloud, or service delivery (on-premise to cloud)

  • Experience in banking domain or customs-related projects

• Certifications:

  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE II, Agile) preferred

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Expertise in project planning and ITIL processes

  • Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively within a team

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Project

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure and experience with cloud migrations (including SAP migrations)

  • Understanding of P&L and cost management
