Chalhoub Group is looking for a Fashion Consultant to join the Swarovski team at Mall of the Emirates. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving sales targets, and supporting in-store marketing and CRM initiatives. Ideal for candidates with a passion for fashion, customer engagement, and a flair for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual and team sales targets while providing world-class customer service

Collect and analyze data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers
-
Build and maintain client relationships within an omni-channel framework
-
Provide product feedback to influence future buys
-
Ensure visual merchandising (VM) and store standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed
-
Promote and manage customer loyalty through the MUSE program
-
Participate in in-store events, campaigns, and social media engagement
-
Ensure click & collect orders are completed within defined service-level agreements (SLAs)
-
Accurately capture customer data for marketing and CRM initiatives
-
Contribute to in-store customer experience (CX) strategies and offer feedback for improvements
Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Russian

Previous experience in accessories or ready-to-wear (RTW) fashion preferred
-
Strong understanding of luxury customer service and storytelling

Familiarity with CRM tools and practices

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
