Commercial Bank International is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager – Priority Banking to manage a portfolio of affluent clients. The ideal candidate will provide tailored wealth management solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of priority banking clients, providing personalized financial solutions

• Conduct financial need analysis (client profiling) and periodic portfolio reviews

• Achieve revenue targets across a broad range of banking products (investments, CASA, term deposits, mortgages, credit cards, bancassurance)

• Enhance customer loyalty and retention through consistent relationship management

• Work closely with product specialists to offer customized wealth management services

• Resolve client issues promptly without escalation

• Conduct KYC checks, monitor account activity, and report suspicious behavior in line with compliance policies

• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, audit standards, and Central Bank regulations

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in priority or wealth management

Key Skills:

• Proven relationship-building and client retention abilities

• In-depth knowledge of financial products and wealth management services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in CRM tools and client engagement systems

• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
