Senior Manager, Commercial (ISOL TTH, IMA)

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial (ISOL TTH, IMA) to manage the commercial operations of the legacy DNP business within the Taste, Texture, and Health (TTH) division across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (IMA) regions. This hybrid role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead premix performance, drive growth strategy, and engage in cross-functional collaboration across global and regional teams.

This role requires both strategic and operational excellence to ensure commercial success across nutrient-premix offerings and will play a critical part in delivering sustainable, customer-centric solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

ISOL Commercial Management:

  • Translate and implement global pricing strategy at the regional level.

  • Drive sales targets and oversee commercial planning and execution.

  • Ensure supply chain alignment and manage regional inventory allocation.

  • Lead and support regional demand planning and commercial excellence initiatives.

  • Serve as the key interface across various internal departments and global teams.

Premix Business Management:

  • Develop and execute regional strategy for premix growth across industry segments.

  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to optimize sourcing, cost, and factory capacity.

  • Manage premix pricing, contracting, and bid support with sales teams.

  • Translate global strategy into regional objectives and oversee implementation.

  • Represent the region in global premix forums and participate in strategic planning.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with account managers, procurement, formulation, finance, and global operations.

  • Engage customers in long-term supply discussions and support project execution.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Business Administration.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years in Commercial, Sales, or Product Management.

    • Strong exposure to the nutrition ingredients industry.

    • Marketing experience is a significant advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Solid understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis.

    • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.

    • Ability to work across cultures and manage cross-functional collaboration.

    • Clear and persuasive communication style with a strategic mindset.
