Russian Speaking HR/Office Manager (Temporary to Permanent Role)

Dynamics Scientific Trading, a leader in industrial B2B solutions focused on digital reliability of equipment, is hiring a Russian-speaking HR/Office Manager in Dubai. This role is initially offered as a temporary maternity cover (7–8 months) with the potential for permanent employment as Office Manager (non-HR role) upon successful completion of the probation period.

This dual-function role involves managing core HR responsibilities and ensuring efficient office administration. Ideal for organized, proactive candidates with a solid HR background and fluency in Russian and English.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities (Temporary – 7-8 Months):

  • Manage recruitment processes (posting vacancies, conducting interviews)

  • Maintain employee documentation and HR files

  • Oversee onboarding, employment, and exit procedures

  • Update internal company policies and compliance documentation

  • Conduct employee orientation and integration

Office Management (Ongoing):

  • Maintain office infrastructure and supplies

  • Manage electronic document flow and ensure proper documentation

  • Organize meetings and coordinate internal events

  • Monitor cleanliness, equipment, and facility operations

  • Liaise with vendors for procurement and services

  • Ensure smooth daily administrative functions


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field

  • Experience: 2–3 years in HR/administrative roles, ideally in industrial or IT sectors

  • Languages: Native Russian, fluent English

  • Knowledge:

    • UAE labor law and HR compliance

    • Personnel documentation and internal HR policy standards

    • Office operations and procurement processes

    • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with EDMS

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to handle confidential matters discreetly


Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 11,000/month (fixed)

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Contract: Official employment from Day 1 under UAE labor law

  • Location: Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai – near DMCC metro station
