Ingram Micro is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator for a 6-month temporary position in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing strategic marketing tactics, managing advertising campaigns, and supporting channel and customer acquisition programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver marketing tactics and advertising campaigns.

• Analyze customer requirements and build messaging architecture and competitive positioning.

• Specify marketing projects, secure resources, and drive creative development processes.

• Develop and implement interactive advertising and e-commerce programs.

• Measure program effectiveness and adjust strategies based on market trends.

• Manage web-based advertising scheduling and processing.

• Support VAR (Value Added Reseller) programs including recruitment, marketing, training, and support.

• Conduct market research and strategic planning to boost sales growth and expand market share.

• Coordinate strategic customer acquisition initiatives.

• Develop and manage direct mail programs and customer profiling.

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure availability of marketing materials.

• Stay updated on trends and technologies to meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements:

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of functional experience, or

• High school diploma with minimum 8 years of experience, including 4 years of position-specific experience.

• Recognized as a skilled specialist capable of leading daily operations.

• Strong initiative, judgment, and analytical thinking.

• Ability to mentor junior team members and act as a team facilitator.

• Known as a departmental knowledge base, able to work independently and manage complex tasks.
