Faham Group is hiring a skilled QA Analyst to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role combines responsibilities in training development and delivery with operational audits, focusing on process improvement and compliance to elevate organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Duties:

Assess training needs across departments and identify skill gaps.

Design, develop, and customize training content for white-collar staff.
-
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions using interactive techniques.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
-
Conduct product knowledge training for new hires.
Audit Duties:
-
Perform regular site audits for safety, quality, and operational compliance.
-
Conduct customer service reviews and analyze recorded calls for improvement.
-
Investigate discrepancies and document findings using trackers.
-
Recommend actionable improvements to management and collaborate on implementations.
-
Refine training materials based on feedback and audit insights.
Reporting Responsibilities:

Prepare reports on training ROI, audit findings, and non-compliance trends.

Deliver monthly audit and discrepancy reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
-
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Six Sigma certification required.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Strong knowledge in training delivery, coaching, and soft skill facilitation.

Experienced in documenting SOPs, conducting audits, and using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams).

Proficient in MS Office and digital training tools.

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage tight training/audit schedules.
