Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support the day-to-day functioning of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This role requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages or damages.
Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders as per customer requirements.

Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation for shipments.

Coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipments and deliveries.
Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.

Properly arrange and stack products using the correct equipment and techniques.

Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space.
Quality Control:

Perform quality checks on received and outgoing products.

Report product defects or packaging issues promptly.

Follow protocols for handling and disposing of damaged goods.
Equipment Operation:

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools safely.

Conduct routine checks on equipment and report malfunctions.

Follow all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines.

Communicate with internal departments to address issues and inquiries.

Share feedback to help improve warehouse procedures and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer knowledge.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical stamina for manual labor, including lifting and standing.
