A well-established marketing services company based in Dubai is looking for an organized and proactive Office Personal Assistant to support its senior management team. This full-time, on-site role will involve providing high-level administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments.

Handle internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.

Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.

Maintain filing systems and manage confidential information discreetly.

Assist in daily office operations and collaborate with various departments.

Support event planning and marketing activities as required.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.

Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Previous experience in a marketing or creative environment is a plus.
