We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Office & Administrative Coordinator to manage internal and external communications, assist in coordinating meetings and travel, and maintain a welcoming front-office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional support across departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all communication channels of the organization efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain a clear and organized timeline of employee travel and related organizational expenses.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for scheduling meetings and ensuring timely arrangements.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications as per company protocols.

  • Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Skills Required:
